Activities Daily in October Plus Monarch Tagging Weekends at 10:00 a.m. The monarchs have started arriving in North Texas on their migration south to Mexico for the winter and you can see their progress here. Flap on over to the Rory Meyers Children's Adventure Garden to join in the madness and learn all about Monarch butterflies. Learn about the Monarch life cycle and help us tag Monarchs Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at our certified Monarch Waystation in the Moody Oasis. Follow their migration in OmniGlobe: Monarch Migration at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 & 3:00 p.m., and more! Don't forget that the Pumpkin Village in the Main Garden is full of excitement, with the Adventures in Neverland theme and 90,000 pumpkins, squash and gourds waiting for you! View All Activities *Complimentary admission to the Main Garden and Children's Adventure Garden is available to Teachers and Educators. Present a valid educator picture ID at the ticket booth for the complimentary admission. If a picture ID is unavailable, an educators ID plus a driver’s license can be presented. Teachers and educators can purchase a Dallas Arboretum membership and receive a 10% discount for the first year with their IDs. Offer is only valid on daytime admission.
